These are the stories of women like me (and you)!

We can heal through telling our stories. That healing can also be passed onto the reader, who may gain insight, courage, and acceptance through reading another woman’s story.

Our stories are what define us and the life we live.

Our past experiences will shape our lives, sometimes for the good and sometimes for the bad. When we experience trauma, insecurity, loss, confusion, and feelings of unworthiness, it won’t be easy to live our best lives.

We all know that holding onto events that cause us to want to hide and feel shameful eventually will cause us great hard. Not just our self-esteem and confidence but our physical health as well. This is why we need to gain some distance from our emotions.

Telling your story is motivating for others and freeing for yourself… be inspired by 35+ women who had the courage to share their story!

Writing your story, even a short story, can seem in the beginning to be a daunting task. Many of the writers have almost quit, feeling it was too much for them. When reliving the past, triggers and emotions pushed down for years may rise to the surface.

Research shows that writing about our past events can benefit the writer’s emotional and physical health.

Change can happen when we can release negativity surrounding the emotions of our stories.

When we put pen to paper and let our stories out of our heads and hearts onto paper, it can happen.

These are brave women who write their stories in the Women Like Me.

We're looking for inspiring stories from women like you! ✨ Just fill in the form to get started!

Do you have a story that needs to be told? A story that is holding you back from living your best life?

The past can hold us back from our dreams, goals, love, and successes. At times, we may feel like a prisoner of our past. It is so essential to break free of it and move on.
There are many ways we can release that which holds us back.

For the authors in Women Like Me, we choose to do it through writing. Writing is therapeutic to the soul.

Writing about our past life events can be beneficial, both emotionally and physically. We can increase our feelings so well-being and even enhance our immune system.

And, if you are an entrepreneur, telling your story professionally can break you through the barriers you have felt were holding you back. So you can elevate your business to where you dreamed it would be.

Let’s help others while helping ourselves. Helping women like me.
