I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and now reside in Lees Summit, a suburb of Kansas City. I live with my husband of 31 years, our 15-year-old boy/girl twins and our multicolored Havanese, Hazel. I love my life.
I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian by trade and currently use my knowledge and skills as a network marketing professional for a wellness company specializing in nutrigenomics. I love teaching health and prevention! I am passionate about helping people see small tweaks in their health can create big peaks in their focus and energy. I am also super passionate about connections, connecting information to people and connecting people to people.
Helping humans and animals in any capacity is what warms my heart and fills my soul. I find people fascinating and always seek to find the authentic self in others because that is where their best stories and the lessons lie. I believe we are on this earth together to help each other grow into the best possible version of ourselves. I have learned through my many obstacles, there are always solutions to every obstacle and that obstacles precede tremendous growth.
