KATE RITCHIE
EMPOWERMENT COMES WHEN WE LET GO
Kate lives on Vancouver Island in British Columbia.
She gained a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Victoria, after which she worked in the field of mental health and addictions, and she now works in government policy.
To manage chronic pain, Kate stays active and enjoys hiking, long walks with her family, and trips around the Gulf Islands. Kate plans to continue writing her story and loves to crochet and knit in her free time (when baby is napping, that is).
