Stronger Than Yesterday: My journey with mental illness by Lyndsey Scott

Lyndsey has had many mountains to climb to get where she is today. She knows she is not where she expected or planned to be but says she is where she needs to be. No matter what Lyndsey has had to deal with, she says, “I honestly wouldn’t change it for anything.” Lyndsey believes it has made her the strong woman she is today.

Lyndsey now knows she wears her heart on her sleeve and is thankful to her five children, her spouse, her family and her friends. If someone needs a helping hand, Lyndsey will step up and do what she can, always willing to help others. She knows she is stronger than ever before and continues to grow as an individual, a mama bear, and a spouse.

Lyndsey lives in British Columbia with her family. Her creative flair is shown in her love of art, which has helped her to heal. Lyndsey has turned her hobby into a business.
