Michelle Den Boer is a Mom Mentor, Fitness/Wellness Coach, Inspirational Speaker, Author, and most important, a Mom. Her background as a Personal Trainer, and motivator to help others become healthy, drove her to lead her local community in a year long challenge to become healthier.

Throughout her life experience, she has realized that there are many facets to life and to be truly healthy you have to work on all of them. One thing she knows for sure is being a mom is one of the most important jobs you can have and it is a tough one. We, as moms, are raising someone’s spouse, friend, co-worker, etc., and in our determination of doing our best sometimes, it gets overwhelming, challenging, and rewarding.

However, we only have our kiddos for a short time before they head out into the world.

Michelle has the belief in empowering our kids to make the right choice and let go of the power struggle, so you can really enjoy your time with them.
