Rosa Livingstone is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Transformational Mindset, and Life Coach, Speaker, Author of “Self Sabotage: The Art of Screwing Up”, “28 Days of Thought-Provoking Power Words, and a contributing Author to “Shine Vol. II”.

Rosa has over 15 years of experience coaching and guiding clients to overcome self-sabotaging issues to become the best they can be. Rosa’s passion and dedication is very specific: to help other women, at any stage of their life journey, re-discover their authentic selves and rise above limiting beliefs.

Her education, client, and personal experience are the backbone of all her programs, 1:1 coaching, and speaking engagements.

Currently, she offers a Signature Program that helps women acknowledge and release those limiting mindset beliefs so they can move from confusion to clarity and live-out their most passionately purposeful life.

The goal is to move from the fear of ‘being herself’ to the freedom of embracing all of herself. She subscribes to the “Whole-body, Whole-Mind and Whole-life” approach to transformation.

Rosa has financially supported entrepreneurial women through her association with SheEO, a radically generous community supporting women + non-binary people with information and funding worldwide, as well as through her speaking engagements to various organizations including SheTalks Vancouver; Tri-City Women’s Networking Organization and as a guest speaking on local radio and television.

She’s the mother of two grown Sons and married to the President of her Fanclub, John.
