Resiliency and Resolution: How I fought for a Diagnosis and Treatment by Samantha Trarback
Samantha is a loving mother and wife. Growing up on Vancouver Island, she never truly felt at home until she moved to Kelowna, B.C., Canada, when she was 17 years old. Samantha has spent her life helping those around her, whether it be her friends and family, or animals who don’t have a voice for themselves.
Growing up, Samantha always wanted to use her voice and has used platforms such as being crowned Miss B.C. Interior to do so. In her spare time, you can find Samantha at a remote mountain lake fishing with her husband Adam, daughter Emily, and their two dogs Thor and Bella.
Samantha also enjoys promoting local wineries in the Okanagan Valley.

“Don’t let fear keep you quiet. You have a voice so use it. Speak up. Raise your hands. Shout your answers. Make yourself heard. Whatever it takes, just find your voice, and when you do, fill the damn silence.”
— Meredith Grey
