LOVE AND FAMILY: Never stop learning by Theresa Waugh

 I was born in Vancouver BC and put up for adoption at a very young age. Some of my siblings I knew, some of my siblings I didn’t know until later in life.

I was involved in a lot of sports activities growing up including professional springboard diving, which was my favorite. All that changed in the blink of an eye.

I ended up getting married at 17 years of age and was blessed with seven beautiful children who are my life. I worked as a hairdresser for 18 years until I decided to become an instructor.

This career change was what I needed and with my children’s support and understanding, I am able to really enjoy my work and my career.
